See you this Sunday at MPC!

Is it safe to worship in person?

MPC has made many adaptations to its facilities including a revolutionary air and surface purification system in the sanctuary (learn more here) and has an exceptional plan for safe in-person worship (read requirements here). Even so, if people don't feel comfortable, we also Facebook livestream our 10:30 a.m. service each week to hundreds of people in Savannah and throughout the United States and Canada.

Is there Sunday School?

Currently our children's programing is online only. Learn more about our online MPC After School Special video program here. For adults, there is a wonderful and welcoming group that meets at 9:30 a.m. Following worship there is also a children's music-based program and YoungStars children's choir rehearsal currently on hold.

Can my children stay with me in worship?
Yes. Children are most welcome in worship; as a matter of fact, we want them in worship!  If a fussy child makes his or her parent uncomfortable, our narthex is a great place to take them and still be able to see and hear the service.

Is there a nursery?

Yes. We offer a friendly, professionally staffed nursery.  It's located just inside the fellowship hall on the left.

Do you have parking?
Yes, MPC has plenty of easy access parking including two legally designated handicap spots near our accessible entranceway.

Are you accessible?
Yes, our building is fully accessible and has accessible washrooms. We also offer hearing assistive devices in our sanctuary.

Is there a choir or band?

Yes, MPC has an adult choir that rehearses Wednesday nights at 6:30pm and Sunday mornings at 10:00am and sings in worship most Sundays.

MPC also has a children's choir called YoungStars that rehearses most Sunday's after worship and sings in worship once a month.

We also have  a small bell choir and a variety of musicians - from guitarists and bass players, to drummers, clarinetists, and even a trombone player every now and then. Our Music Director, Nancy Stone, welcomes all singers and musicians of every age and ability!

Do I need to dress up?

Only if you like to dress up. We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, positive about yourself, and honors God and the people around you.

What will worship be like?
Worship at MPC is friendly, relaxed, and very welcoming.  Our worship style is what some people call "blended" - some traditional music and some contemporary. Music is played mostly on a piano, acoustic guitar, and with a variety of singers and musicians. We have an outstanding preacher who is a great story teller and preaches with a balance of conviction and humor.

When's the best time to attend MPC?

This Sunday at 10:30am! We'll watch for you.
