Do I need to be a member to celebrate my wedding at MPC?
No, membership is not required. However, our Session (board) approves all weddings at MPC, and it is expected that our clergy will officiate all weddings unless otherwise agreed upon.
How much does it cost?
MPC offers an all-in-one inclusive package rate of $1000 which includes:
Do you have parking?
Yes, MPC has plenty of easy access parking including two legally designated handicap spots near our accessible entranceway.
Are you accessible?
Yes, our building is fully accessible and has accessible washrooms. We also offer hearing assistive devices in our sanctuary.
How many people does the sanctuary seat?
MPC's sanctuary is delightfully warm and charming. It seats 125 people comfortably.
Do you have a hall for receptions?
Yes, MPC has an indoor hall as well as beautiful space outside for a temporary outdoor tent/pavilion. Fees for hall and/or outdoor space may be obtained from our Wedding Coordinator.
Can anybody get married at MPC?
Yes, any couple that seeks to be married in a faith-based wedding ceremony is able to be married in our church.
Ready to get started? Follow these initial steps:
1. Arrange an appointment with our wedding administrator, Beth Giuliano, to tour our facilities, have your initial consultation, and review the wedding contract.
2. Make sure your desired wedding date is secure. Dates on our calendar will be secured only after your $200 non-refundable reservation fee is received.
3. Schedule your participation in MPC’s required Marriage 101 Program. This recognized program will help you with your ceremony details and strengthen you as a couple to address foundational matters that are important to every successful marriage. Topics include communication, family background, intimacy, budgeting and finance, and conflict management with our certified Marriage Educator.
