Quickly becoming a favorite at MPC is Canadian singer/songwriter, Tia McGraff. Tia has written songs with music legends such as Randy Bachman (BTO) and Dan Hill. Tia McGraff's credits include: three internationally released albums, videos on CMT Canada and World, performances at venues like The Bluebird Café (Nashville) and Frank Brown Intl. Songwriters Festival (AL), major festivals and BBC2 radio in the UK. Tia and her guitarist/song writing husband, Tommy Parham, were married at MPC while on tour and, although living in Port Dover, Ontario, have become Honorary Members of MPC. MPC also hosted Grammy Nominee, Dove Award winning, singer-songwriter Kim McLean. Kim has over 200 songs recorded by artists from Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood, Lee Ann Womack, The Judds and even Glen Campbell! Her songs have appeared on TV's West Wing, As the World Turns, Hope & Faith, and J*A*G, and, most recently, have been used for "Peace with Justice" Sunday for the United Methodist Church Worldwide on a film bearing her song "Forgive the World". Kim has a new song, Like an Angel, with Dolly Parton singing back-up. Dolly Parton said of Kim, "You have a beautiful voice and are a beautiful person."
